Medco Center of Paducah is a leading provider of long-term skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation solutions. Our 103 bed facility offers a full continuum of services and care focused around each individual in today’s ever-changing healthcare environment.

Medco Center of Paducah has been serving McCracken, Ballard, Carlisle, Marshall, Livingston and Massac Counties since 1969. We are located in a residential area, with several restaurants and churches within walking distance. Western Baptist Hospital and Lourdes Hospital are also nearby. Our facility is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
